New Friends?

So last night I really messed up. I mixed up the times between dry land, which was before practice and the actual ice time that we had. I missed dry land entirely and was late on the ice. DUMB! luckily the head coach was rather gracious, thank God, I did get punished but it was very reasonable and deserving. I had to just do twenty up-downs, which is as fast as you can from butterfly to standing position. After practice I went and privately talked to each coach to apologize and each was very nice and gracious and just told me not to let it happen again. I had made sure that I was working the hardest that entire practice and doing everything that I could to make up for my mistake and I think that talking to them personally helped, that was one thing the head coach said at practice I remembered he said to all of us if we make a mistake that is fine, it happens we aren't perfect but don't just avoid it or make up a story to get out of it, just talk to me and tell me what happened exactly and you will be punished for it but just make sure you man up about it. So I did.

I did make a couple of new friends now finally! haha I got their numbers last night. One of the guys, Chris, he is a senior in high school and lives in Puyallup too. He works at a movie theater here in town and gets free movie ticket so he offered for us to go today to a movie for free..... Free movie? Of course haha. I don't know what we are seeing yet but I'm pretty happy I just have something to do besides work out. Then I also got Uly's number, he is one of the other goalies, he is from Maryland and he for sure talks like he is from Europe. He is nice, quiet and shy but nice, I hope we will be able to hang out sometime soon too. Then I had already sorta been talking to the other guy, Kris, for most of the time out here. He is really nice, lives here as well, about forty five minutes from the practice rink. He is nice and encouraging and he is funny haha, it's fun to play with him out on the ice, he is a good player and pretty good kid from what I can tell so far. So that is all very exciting haha

Yesterday I was also able to get my plane tickets for the wedding finally!! I am so excited to see everyone and I cannot wait for it! I have already gotten measured for my tux out here, I am just ready to go! I am so excited to see my brother get married, to add on to our family, to see and visit with everyone there, and to see the love of my life again. :)

Goodness Em and I are GREAT! haha my love for her just continues to grow and overflow. The love that God enables me to give her is so incredible that it amazes me to feel how much I truly love this beautiful, gorgeous girl. As we both continue our faith growth towards our Lord that love grows like wild fire! It is an incredible experience and such an amazing blessing. I cannot say enough about her. I feel truly blessed to be in love and feel the love of a woman like her.
